IL GATTO E LA VOLPE

Il Gatto e la Volpe offers handcrafted cuisine rooted in tradition, with a special focus on fresh, handmade pasta. Pici, tagliatelle, gnocchi, pappardelle and ravioli are served with classic local sauces such as traditional ragù, Valdichiana aglione tomato sauce, wild boar ragù, and other regional specialties.

The menu changes and grows every day, featuring dishes inspired by other Italian regions as well as more unusual creations, such as pasta sauce made with carp roe. The selection also includes focaccia and pizza, both classic and topped, alongside main courses that may be roasted, stewed or fried, with side dishes changing daily.

To round off the menu, there is a selection of desserts designed to end the meal on a simple yet delicious note.
