La Madia del Grillo

La Madia del Grillo was born from the combination of two different areas of expertise and experience. On one side is Il Grillo è Buoncantore, a traditional osteria founded 25 years ago by Tiziana Tacchi. On the other is Intersoluzioni S.r.l., a local company specialising in the furnishing, design, and technical support of commercial premises.

The collaboration between these two businesses has created a strong partnership, built on the natural synergy between their teams and a shared passion for hospitality. Their common goal is to offer guests a welcoming atmosphere where good food and great company come together.

La Madia del Grillo is a pizzeria specialising in artisanal pizzas and freshly prepared fried specialities, with a strong focus on quality ingredients and traditional craftsmanship.

Particular care goes into preparing the pizza dough, made with carefully selected local flours and left to rise slowly to achieve excellent flavour, texture, and digestibility.

The menu also features a selection of handmade fried specialities, prepared using carefully sourced, seasonal ingredients, alongside a wide range of Italian and international craft beers.

During the warmer months, guests can also enjoy a spacious outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxed meals and evenings with friends and family.
